Please note that this policy is provided in addition to your legal rights.
Our return policy lasts for 14 days after the date upon which you recieve your purchase.
If you wish to return an item you must do so within 28 days after recieving it,
and you will be entitled to a full refund worth the value of the item within 14 days of our reciept of the goods, or upon
showing us evidence that the goods have been shipped back to us (whichever is sooner).
You will not be required to pay return postage costs if the item(s) are faulty or defective. In all other cases you will be required to pay return postage costs.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 53 Coalbrookdale Road, Neston, CH64 3UG, United Kingdom. If your product is defective or damaged then we will cover the cost of return postage, in all other cases you will be required to cover the return postage costs. We recommend the use of a tracked shipping service to ensure that the good(s) you are returning reach us successfully.
Any deposits made with us are non-refundable, if you fail to arrive for a pre-agreed booking within 90 minutes of the
pre-agreed timeslot we reserve the right to retain your deposit to cover costs incurred by us. If modifications are
present on any vehicle, (and not declared beforehand) that prevent us from fitting your tow bar, we reserve the right
to retain your deposit. Modifications include but are not limited to; Exhaust systems, bodykits, bumper modifications,
electrical system modification, lighting modifications etc.
If, we are unable to make your appointment, and because of our absence you miss your towbar fitting, we will give you a full refund of your deposit.
Our booking policy is as follows; Quotes online are not final, and are provided as an estimate only. You will be given an accurate quote either over the phone or in person. Bookings are not final until you have paid your deposit, after which point your booking is confirmed. If you need to cancel or re-arrange your booking, please let us know immediately.
Modified Vehicles Fitting Policy
If your vehicle has aftermarket modifications present, then we reserve the right to refuse your towbar fitting.
If the aftermarket modifications have not been disclosed to us in advance then we also retain the right
to keep your deposit (see Deposit Policy above).
If we decide to fit the towbar to your modified vehicle, and issues arise thereafter such as clearance issues or aesthetic issues, then you agree to not hold us [Luke Challoner T/A Rhino Towbars and Trailers] responsible for these issues. Modifications include but are not limited to; Exhaust systems, bodykits, bumper modifications, electrical system modifications and lighting modifications.
Vehicle Software / Recoding Policy
After fitting a dedicated wiring kit (otherwise known as a VSK, Vehicle Specific Kit) to your vehicle we may, depending on the vehicle need to reprogram your car to allow the dedicated kit to function. We may not be able to re-program all cars with the equipment available to us (for example new release models) at the time of your towbar fitting. The coding we carry out is included in the quoted price to the extent that the wiring kit achieves basic functionality. Basic functionality means the following features:
- In case of a 7 Pin Socket (Left and right indicators, left and right tail lights, brake lights and rear fog light).
- In case of a 13 Pin Socket (Left and right indicators, left and right tail lights, brake lights, rear fog light and reversing light).
